How do I Send you my device?

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start Follow the instructions to generate your Collect+ postage label You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the label request is approved


What items can I send?

You can send any item you have checked out to sell to Quick Mobile Fix. Please pack the item securely. Please ensure passcodes are either given to ourselves or removed so we can fully test your device. Please ensure all iCloud and Google accounts have been removed. Please drop off at your local Collect+

Are there any charges for sending my device?

There are no charges for genuine recycling orders. Original shipping charges are non-refundable (most services are free). You may be charged for your postage if your recycling order is not valid.

How soon will I get my device back?

Once your device is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your device. We will also notify you of any discrepencies with the checked out recycling order. If everything is okay, your device will be processed within our standard time, and payment processed.
